About CCGHF

Since our inception, Carolyn Community Group Homes Foundation has been committed to helping women veterans and their families who struggles with disabilities, homelessness, mental health (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and domestic violence issues.

Carolyn Community Group Homes Foundation was founded in 2010. CCGHF is a 501(c)3 tax exempt organization, providing transitional housing and supportive services by partnering with established organizations and agencies uniquely designed to meet the specific needs of our women veterans who are homeless, or are at risk of becoming homeless. Recognizing the great need for improved care for women veterans and their families, CCGHF has developed a systematic way to remedy the needs of our clients by providing services on an on-going basis. Our program offers wrap-around services to ensure coordination and integration for our women veterans to re-establish stability and permanency. Our clients not only establish stability through our resources and referral services, each client will be able to utilize the proper tools to maintain and live a healthy and productive life style. Our on-site coordinator and case managers implement goal settings by utilizing evidenced based theories, to ensure that our clients are receiving contained and outstanding support from other social support networks and mental health providers as we closely monitor the integration of services. We were established to identify and meet the unique needs of homeless women.
